Perfect duplex in Meloneras, one of the best locations in Gran Canaria.
The gated complex offers two pools—one for children and one for adults—a sun terrace, and a paddle court.
A supermarket is just 5 minutes’ walk away, and both Meloneras Beach and the golf course are nearby.

High chair for babies available. - Kitchen: fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, juicer, toaster, blender, cutlery, crockery, and glassware.
The tap water is suitable for drinking. - Bathroom: with WC and washbasin. - Front patio: motorized awning, aluminum fence, garden furniture (sofa, two armchairs, side table). - Rear patio: table for 6, perfect for outdoor meals, and a chill-out area for relaxing in the evening.
An electric grill is available for use here.
