Located in Bretignolles-sur-Mer, close to a golf course and the beaches of the côte sauvage and corniche, our villa offers privileged access to many local attractions. Explore the surrounding area and discover iconic sites such as the Church of Saint-Nicolas-de-Brem and the Château d'Apremont, or enjoy the natural beauty of the Corniche Vendéenne.
Rules and regulations :
- Arrival after 4:00 pm, departure before 11:00 am.
- Children from 0 to 17 years.
- Events are not permitted.
- Pets allowed: dogs and cats under 9 kg each (maximum one pet in total).
- Smokers are only allowed in specifically designated areas (outside the villa).
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
