19 Slinger Road consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer, dishwasher, arcade machine, table football, dining seating, a living/dining room with electric fire, Smart TV, dining seating for six, and a conservatory snug. The bedrooms consist of a double, a twin, and a bunk, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with furniture, patio, hot tub, and outdoor pool table, as well as off-road parking for one car. Within 0.4 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub, and a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent.
