The semi-detached house features its own fenced garden and is just a few meters from the dike. Facilities: - Functional kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, and various small appliances. - Terrace furniture and beach chair, TV with Blu-ray player.

Broadband internet and Netflix are included in the rental price. - Spacious bathroom on the ground floor (with window, separate exit to the garden, and shower). - Second bathroom upstairs (with window, washbasin, shower, and toilet). - Bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe. - Children's room with single bed and pull-out bunk bed. - Storage room with 2 adult bicycles, 1 children's bicycle, handcart, washing machine, and tumble dryer. - For your relaxation, a 2-person infrared cabin is available (for a fee). Note on electricity billing: A free basic allowance of 10 kWh per day is included.
