Breathtaking panorama at the divine coast - The Greek gods are said to have wandered there, hence the coast’s illustrious byname "Costa Divina". Standing on the balcony of holiday apartment La Panoramica at Ravello you understand why – the view simply takes your breath away!

Terrassengärten mit Zitronenbäumen und farbenprächtige Hänge mit gelbem Ginster und pinken Bougainvilleen fallen steil zum Meer ab. An der Küste stapeln sich kleine, bunte Häuser. Davor breitet sich das Tyrrhenische Meer wie ein weicher Teppich bis zum Horizont aus, um sich mit dem Himmel in den schönsten und kräftigsten Blautönen zu überbieten.

Wer einmal hier war, wird diesen göttlichen Anblick so schnell nicht wieder vergessen!

FREUNDLICHE FERIENWOHNUNG LA PANORAMICA
Die freundliche, helle Ferienwohnung liegt in einem gepflegten Mehrfamilienhaus, in dem sich noch zwei weitere Ferienwohnungen, eine davon ist die Marina Blu, und die Eigentümerwohnung befinden. Vor dem Haus hat die Eigentümerin einen kleinen Gemüsegarten angelegt, unterhalb der Wohnung befindet sich der Zitronenhain des Ehepaars. Jede Wohnung in dem Haus hat einen separaten Zugang und einen privaten Außenbereich.

La Panoramica verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, eines mit Doppelbett, Klimaanlage und Zugang zum Panoramabalkon und eines mit zwei Einzelbetten, beide mit en-Suite Bad. Von der sehr geräumigen Küche gelangen Sie direkt auf die überdachte Terrasse. Vom Wohn-/Esszimmer, dem zentralen und größten Raum, können Sie die Aussicht auf das Meer genießen und direkt auf den Panoramabalkon gelangen.

Auf dem Panoramabalkon mit einmaliger Aussicht können Sie sich in Ruhe sonnen. Die von der Küche aus zugängliche, überdachte, möblierte Terrasse liegt geschützter, so dass Sie zwar noch das Meer erblicken, gleichzeitig aber auch mal ein schattiges Plätzchen finden.

PARKEN: Ihr Auto können Sie gebührenpflichtig oberhalb des Hauses entlang der Straße (innerhalb der blauen Markierungen) parken. Die Gebühren sind auf einem Schild ausgewiesen.

WISSENSWERTES
Der Strand liegt 1 km von La Panoramica entfernt. Ebenfalls 1 km entfernt befinden sich die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit sowie das Zentrum von Atrani.

La Panoramica befindet sich im Ortsteil Castiglione di Ravello, der sich ca. 3 km unterhalb des Hauptortes befindet. Sie erreichen das berühmte Zentrum von Ravello zwar schnell, befinden sich jedoch abseits des Trubels und der Menschenmassen, die den Ort in den Sommermonaten aufsuchen.

Ein Ausflug in den Hauptort Ravello ist praktisch ein Muss. Sie erreichen das kleine Städtchen mit dem Auto, das Dragone-Tal hochfahrend, oder aber zu Fuß über den Treppenweg, der von Atrani, vorbei an La Panoramica, bis nach Ravello führt. Seine Blütezeit erlebte Ravello zur Zeit der Seerepublik. Die Bevölkerungszahl betrug damals ein 15faches der heutigen ca. 2500 Einwohner. Einige der prachtvollen Villen, die sich der Adel errichten ließ, sowie ihre prachtvollen Gärten können Sie heute besichtigen. Zu den bekanntesten zählen die Villa Rufolo und die Villa Cimbrone.

The Tyrrhenian Sea spreads out like a soft carpet towards the horizon, competing with the skies for the most beautiful and vivid shades of blue.

Once you have been there, you will remember it - that divine view!

FRIENDLY HOLIDAY APARTMENT LA PANORAMICA
Friendly, bright holiday apartment La Panoramica is located in a well-tended multifamily residence with two more holiday apartments, one of which is Marina Blu, as well as the owners’ apartment. In front of the house, the landlady has laid out a small vegetable garden, below the apartment lies the owners’ lemon grove. Each apartment has its private entrance and outdoor area.

La Panoramica includes 2 bedrooms: one with double bed, air conditioning and access of the panorama balcony and one with twin beds, both with en suite bathroom (bathtub/shower combo, WC/bidet; shower/WC/bidet). The spacious kitchen (incl. 4-burner gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment) opens onto the roofed terrace. The living-dining room, the central and largest room of the apartment, opens onto the panorama balcony.

On the panorama balcony, you can relax in the sun and enjoy the unique view; the roofed terrace lies more sheltered and offers a shady spot, but you can still catch a glimpse of the sea.
Furnishing of La Panoramica also includes TV, washing machine, free WiFi and air conditioning (extra charge in case of use).

PARKING: Chargeable parking is available along the road (spaces marked by blue lines) above the house. There’s a sign listing the parking fees.

FURTHER INFORMATION
La Panoramica is about 1 km from the beach, the nearest shopping facility and the center of Atrani.

The holiday apartment is located in the district of Castiglione di Ravello, about 3 km below the main town. When vacationing at La Panoramica, you can quickly reach the famous center of Ravello, but you are apart from any hustling and bustling and from the crowds of people visiting the town during the summer months.

A closer look at Ravello simply has to be. You can go there by car up through the Dragone valley or walk there by following the stepped path which runs from Atrani to Ravello and passes by La Panoramica. Ravello experienced its period of prosperity at the times of the maritime republic. There were fifteen times as many inhabitants as there are nowadays, which is around 2,500; the nobility had its grand villas built. Some of the villas and their gorgeous gardens can be visited today; Villa Rufolo and Villa Cimbrone are among the best known.
