Terraced gardens with lemon trees and colourful slopes with yellow broom and pink bougainvillea descend steeply to the sea. Small, colourful houses are piled up along the coast. In front of them, the Tyrrhenian Sea stretches out like a soft carpet to the horizon, outdoing the sky in the most beautiful and vibrant shades of blue.

FRIENDLY HOLIDAY APARTMENT LA PANORAMICA
This friendly, bright holiday flat is located in a well-kept apartment building, in which there are two other holiday flats, one of which is Marina Blu, and the owner's flat. The owner has planted a small vegetable garden in front of the house, and below the flat is the couple's lemon grove. Each flat in the house has a separate entrance and a private outdoor area.

La Panoramica has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, air conditioning and access to the panoramic balcony and one with two single beds, both with en-suite bathrooms. From the very spacious kitchen you have direct access to the covered terrace. From the living/dining room, the central and largest room, you can enjoy the view of the sea and access the panoramic balcony directly.

You can sunbathe in peace on the panoramic balcony with its unique view. The covered, furnished terrace, which is accessible from the kitchen, is more sheltered, so that you can still see the sea, but also find a shady spot.

PARKING: You can park your car for a fee above the house along the road (within the blue markings). The charges are shown on a sign.

The beach is 1 km from La Panoramica. The nearest shops and the centre of Atrani are also 1 km away.

La Panoramica is located in the district of Castiglione di Ravello, which is approx. 3 km below the main town. Although you can reach the famous centre of Ravello quickly, you are away from the hustle and bustle and the crowds that visit the town in the summer months.

A trip to the main town of Ravello is practically a must. You can reach the small town by car, travelling up the Dragone Valley, or on foot via the stairway that leads from Atrani, past La Panoramica, to Ravello. Ravello experienced its heyday at the time of the Maritime Republic. The population back then was 15 times the current figure of around 2500 inhabitants. Some of the splendid villas built by the nobility and their magnificent gardens can be visited today. Among the most famous are Villa Rufolo and Villa Cimbrone.

In front of the house, the landlady has laid out a small vegetable garden, below the flat lies the owners' lemon grove. Each flat has its private entrance and outdoor area.

La Panoramica includes 2 bedrooms: one with double bed, air conditioning and access of the panorama balcony and one with twin beds, both with en suite bathroom (bathtub/shower combo, WC/bidet; shower/WC/bidet). The spacious kitchen (incl. 4-burner gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment) opens onto the roofed terrace. The living-dining room, the central and largest room of the flat, opens onto the panoramic balcony.

On the panorama balcony, you can relax in the sun and enjoy the unique view; the roofed terrace lies more sheltered and offers a shady spot, but you can still catch a glimpse of the sea.
Furnishing of La Panoramica also includes a TV, washing machine, free WiFi and air conditioning (extra charge in case of use).

PARKING: Chargeable parking is available along the road (spaces marked by blue lines) above the house. There's a sign listing the parking fees.

La Panoramica is about 1 km from the beach, the nearest shopping facility and the centre of Atrani.

The holiday flat is located in the district of Castiglione di Ravello, about 3 km below the main town. When vacationing at La Panoramica, you can quickly reach the famous centre of Ravello, but you are apart from any hustling and bustling and from the crowds of people visiting the town during the summer months.

A closer look at Ravello simply has to be. You can go there by car up through the Dragone valley or walk there by following the stepped path which runs from Atrani to Ravello and passes by La Panoramica. Ravello experienced its period of prosperity at the times of the maritime republic. There were fifteen times as many inhabitants as there are nowadays, which is around 2,500; the nobility had built its grand villas. Some of the villas and their gorgeous gardens can be visited today; Villa Rufolo and Villa Cimbrone are among the best known.

Parking is chargeable on the street (within the blue markings; 24.- Euro/day, as of January 2024) above the flat.
