LA TRANCHE SUR MER, HYPER TOWN CENTRE, country house with closed garden, taking advantage of the proximity of the beach - shops, with parking space. 1 main room with lounge - living room, 1 fireplace for decoration, 1 kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, bathroom with bath, sink, shower, 1 toilet. 2 bedrooms in a row, the first with 2 beds of 0.90 and the second with 1 bed of 160 cm. 1 second bathroom and wc. 1 garage.
Equipment: 5 gas burners, ordinary oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, garden furniture.
Situation ; about 250m from the beach, and 100m from the shops in the city center, the market twice a week, paying public parking next to the rental.
End of stay cleaning must be done by the tenant.
Option: end of stay cleaning on reservation, fixed price €100, linen is not provided.
Provide certificate of civil liability insurance with the holiday clause.
Holiday checks accepted.
