Villa Alba is an independent villa located in Baja Sardinia, Arzachena, within a quiet residential complex with a pool and tennis court, just steps from the sea. Overlooking the water, the villa boasts fantastic views and spectacular sunsets.
The property is spread over two floors and features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional toilet, accommodating up to 8 guests.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine, and a baby crib. To move between the two levels, you must exit the villa and cross the private garden to access the lower floor.
The lower level offers a living room with furniture, mini fridge, kettle, and sink, two bedrooms (one double, one with two single beds), and a bathroom.
Air conditioning is available in both double bedrooms and in the living rooms on both floors. Outside, you’ll find a private garden, sun deck, two covered terraces, and an outdoor shower.
You may use the shared pool (open June 1 to September 30) and tennis court, both less than 100 meters from the house.
The pool depth ranges from 1.20 m to 3 m. The beach is just 150 meters away. There are two or three parking spaces on the property, plus free communal parking.
One pet is allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside.
