Les températures clémentes de la Bretagne, la proximité de lieux magnifiques, les conseils de la propriétaire sur les lieux à visiter, sa réactivité dans la difficulté rencontrée (eau chaude), l’appartement cosy, fonctionnel, très beau et bien aménagé, et le fait d’avoir un lave linge :-)
Nécessité de gérer l’eau chaude avec 3 enfants et 2 adultes. Un lave vaisselle résoudrait cette difficulté
