It needed black out/privacy curtains for the main bedroom. Could be an easy fix. Then it's a 5!

sehr zentrale ruhige Lage mit Parkplatz, sehenswerte Innenstadt direkt vor der Haustür, Bahnhof fußläufig gut erreichbar,
Kommunikation mit Vermieter schnell und gut. Ein schönes Element ist, dass die Dachbalken sichtbar sind.
Ein Wasserkocher wäre wünschenswert, desgleichen eine Jalousie am Badfenster sowie mehr stabile Aufhängevorrichtungen in Bad und Flur. Dass beim Ausbau der Wohnung viele Kunststoffe verwendet wurde (Böden, Mobiliar), ist schade. Dies setzt sich auch bei den Bettwaren fort.
