This luxurious mountain chalet is unique in the Engadin and in Graubünden.
Chasa Flöna is located above Scuol, in a secluded spot, directly on the valley run from the Motta Naluns ski area in Scuol.
You will enjoy the exquisite view and the unique location overlooking the valley and the Lower Engadin Dolomites.
A house that is unparalleled in the Engadin! Set off directly from the alpine pasture for hikes with views of the National Park, bike tours, or hit the slopes directly on your skis or sled. For relaxation after an active day, a wood-fired hot tub, the steam bath, or the panoramic barrel sauna await to relax your muscles and round off the day in a cozy atmosphere.
The outdoor area with a beautiful, unobstructed panoramic view of the Engadin Dolomites also offers a lounge area, a wood-fired grill, a barrel sauna, loungers, and a spacious covered dining area that can also be used as a conservatory in winter. The mountain chalet features a living room with a large sofa and fireplace, a kitchen with a dining table that can be extended upon request, and a cozy bench, offering panoramic views of Switzerland's only National Park.
There is one bedroom with a bunk bed and two bedrooms with double beds, one of which has a bathtub in the room offering a unique view of the mountain landscape.
Completing the amenities are a ski room with ski boot heating, a shelter for bikes with charging facilities for e-bikes, and parking directly at the house for summer car arrivals. Please note that access to Flöna absolutely requires a four-wheel-drive vehicle.
The single-track forest road can be very challenging and difficult to drive on depending on the weather, especially after thunderstorms. In Summer: A fee of CHF 10 per day per vehicle will be charged for the use of the access road (municipality). In Winter, guests will be transported to and from the house by shuttle, as it is not accessible via a normal road.
A shuttle ride costs CHF 80 per way. An additional charge of CHF 200 for ancillary costs will be applied to every booking. A deposit of CHF 500 must be paid on the day of arrival by bank transfer or directly on-site.
This deposit will be refunded after your departure.

Die Lage des Chalets ist einmalig - Ruhe pur. Das Chalet ist mit viel Liebe auf den neusten Stand gebracht worden. Interieur im Alpen-Chic. Super Ausstattung mit moderner Küche, zwei Badezimmer, wunderschöner Lounge auf der Terrasse, mit HotPot und Sauna.
