Butterwell Cottage at Collihole is set over three floors and consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric AGA oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine, a utility with washer/dryer, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a lower-ground-floor super-king-size (zip/link, can twin on request) with en-suite shower room and a king-size with en-suite bathroom. Outside there is a lawned garden with furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 1.8 miles, you will find a shop and within 1.9 miles, a pub Sorry, no smoking and no pets. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Butterwell Cottage at Collihole is a wonderful escape for your next getaway in Devon. Note: There are internal steps and traditional stone flooring in places, please take care. Note- 4 night minimum stay required.
