Villa Can Bon Jesus has been completely renovated in winter 2023 with top quality materials, natural stone bathrooms, new floors and new lighting. In addition, all the furniture, both interior and exterior, has been changed.
Surrounded by lush mature foliage and backed by the rugged Tramuntana foothills, Bon Jesus is the epitome of a cozy rural retreat whilst enjoying easy access to the excellent amenities of the town of Pollença as well as the beautiful beaches of the north coast. With good peace and privacy on the property, plus the convenience of being so close to shops, bars, restaurants and the beautiful sandy coastline, Bon Jesus is a great choice for a stress-free holiday.
The bright and well-presented interior is lovingly cared for by attentive local owners. Characteristic features include sloping beamed ceilings, a modern wood burning stove, modern style furniture and fully fitted kitchen. Air conditioning in bedrooms and living room, WiFi, SAMART TV and satellite and two bathrooms with shower, one of them en suite (plus a third off the pool terrace) ensure that comfort levels remain pleasantly high.In addition to the lawn and poolside sun terrace two separate covered terraces are on hand to provide shade from the summer heat plus an attractive choice of options for dining, reading or snoozing!

There are many shops and lovely restaurants close by, the nearest (Es Moli) just 1.5km away is well known for its incredible value ‘menu del dia’ at lunchtime.
