The two level villa is very comfortable and well-appointed, with modern furnishings. It has 4 bedrooms (one is a passageway room) to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
On the outside, the house is surrounded by spacious furnished areas for enjoying the Umbria sun, even on the hottest days. There is a private pool; a gazebo with sofas, chairs and tables; a veranda with a stone barbecue and oven for outdoor dining; and a wellness area with a sauna and stand up tanning booth.
The owner of Villa Paradiso manages an agriturismo 200 meters from the villa, where you can reserve and for a fee a padel court, enjoy the restaurant, and visit the property’s exotic animal park.
This comfortable villa is an ideal base for exploring Lake Trasimeno, Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, and nearby Tuscany with the charming villages of Cortona, Castiglion Fiorentino and the city of Arezzo.

Beautiful villa with a great pool. Stefano and his team were really helpful and responsive. Everything worked OK, and there were plenty of pots and pans for cooking. but kitchen could have been a cleaner. We washed everything before we used it. We also suffered from a lack of the right plugs in...
