Welcome to our beautiful, fully renovated 50m² apartment in Nice, located in the quiet and secure neighborhood of Fabron.
It is ideally designed to accommodate up to 6 people. The accommodation has two bedrooms with comfortable 160 x 200 beds, as well as a sofa bed with a thick mattress for two additional guests, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, kettle, and all necessary cooking utensils to prepare your meals.
The shower room has a washing and drying machine, which will make your stay more convenient. Located on the first floor of a secure building, our apartment is less than 100 meters away from all amenities, including beaches, the famous Promenade des Anglais, the Lenval Foundation, and the tramway.
You can explore the city at your leisure using the tramway, which is just a few steps away from the building.

Locatia excelenta,din aeroport se ajunge foarte ușor cu tramvaiul, statia este la 200 m de locatie.Este aproape de plaja,apartamentul cochet si curat.Pentru ca am ajuns seara târziu si totul era inchis am apreciat mult cafeaua si ceaiul puse la dispozitie,excelenta primire.
