• In order to minimise disturbance to overwintering wildfowl, the footpaths to the Southern and Eastern edge of Somerford Lagoon are not accessible from the 1st of October to the 31st of March
• Spinney Lake is available for non-powered water sports all year.

The beds were very comfortable and equipment excellent. We particularly liked the hot tub with the wonderful view over the lake, the ducks and Swans!

The property was lovely, very clean, well-equipped and in a very good location. It was quiet and peaceful, but close to the estate facilities including the excellent pool complex and the bar/restaurant. Catherine, the owner, was very helpful and went beyond our expectations to resolve the one issue ...
