• 550 acres of private Nature Reserve, including seven Lakes & three Rivers

• Excellent Water Sports - Paddle boarding, kayak, canoe & rowing boats

• Somerford Lagoon can only be used for non-powered water sports between the 1st of April and the 30th of September

• In order to minimise disturbance to overwintering wildfowl, the footpaths to the Southern and Eastern edge of Somerford Lagoon are not accessible from the 1st of October to the 31st of March

• Spinney Lake is available for non-powered water sports all year.

Fabulous break with a large family group over two’s properties. The outlook was lovely and the sunrises spectacular over the lake. The house was equiped with everything you could need and the amenities around the site were ample, including pub/cafe/ outdoor pool/ play area. Would definitely return. The only downside was others taking your allocated parking space.

It was absolutely perfect for a girls catchup, the property itself was exactly as we hoped plenty of space,it was so serene with the views of the lake and close to all amenities would definitely return

Excellent facilities on site and as we stayed during school term time everything was really quiet. On site restaurant has quite limited menu but the food was extremely good. Spa was excellent and our treatments, whilst expensive, were wonderful. \r\nThe accommodation was also excellent. It was handy...
