Our apartment is situated on the 3rd floor without elevator, consists of a living space of 55sq. m and includes: -a spacious living room with comfortable sofa -a bright bedroom with double bed and a comfortable bamboo overlay -a bathroom with shower and bathtub -a well-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, hotplates, fridge) -vacuum cleaner, household products, hairdryer, ironing equipment, washing machine -Wi-Fi and TV Our apartment doesn’t provide a private parking spot, but the private parking of the city will be at your disposal Please note the additional fees below for : - Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€ - Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€ → A high-quality cleaning will be organized before your arrival and after your departure → We also provide bed linens, towels, soap, shampoo ## Neighborhood Staying in the 16th arrondissement will enable you to discover on foot the iconic avenue of Champs-Elysées, Eiffel Tower, Place du Trocadéro, but also to relax in the Bois de Boulogne one of Paris's biggest green spaces. This quarter of Paris is very luxury and connects all luxury stores, boutiques, restaurants.
