8 Church Lane consists of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, slimline dishwasher and a dining area with seating for four guests, a utility with freezer and washing machine, and a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin, serviced by a shower room and cloakroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear courtyard with patio and furniture, and roadside parking is available. Within 1.6 miles you will find a shop, within 0.1 miles, a pub and within 0.4 miles, the River Tean and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are also available. 8 Church Lane is a wonderful escape for your next getaway in Staffordshire. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am. This property has a good housekeeping bond of two hundred pounds.
