Apartment 1 at Ciasa Soldà is set within a 16th-century historic residence in the heart of Vigo di Fassa, surrounded by the UNESCO Dolomites.
Spacious, elegant, and full of alpine character, it offers around 150 sqm, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, washing machine, shared garden, and parking. Ideal for families and groups of up to 10 guests, with the option to accommodate up to 12 on request.
The location is perfect year-round: in winter, you can easily reach the Ciampedie-Catinaccio area and the Dolomiti Superski circuit; in summer, it’s a great base for hikes, trekking, mountain huts, spas, Ladin culture, and UNESCO landscapes. Ciasa Soldà is more than a holiday apartment: it’s a historic alpine residence, part of the FAI circuit and undergoing restoration of its historic rooms.
Staying here means experiencing the Dolomites with space, comfort, authenticity, and charm. Public transport is within walking distance, and a tennis court is 15 minutes away on foot.
The Ciampedie - Catinaccio ski area is 800 meters away, while the Buffaure - Ciampac ski area is 3.5 km away.
Pizzerias, restaurants, and grocery stores are less than 500 meters from the house, easily reached in about 5 minutes on foot.
Private chef dinners and lunches can be arranged on request. There are 4 parking spaces on the property and free street parking.

L'alloggio è ben organizzato, con ampi spazi per ospitare tutte e 12 le persone.
Letti comodi (un po' meno il divano letto), camere e bagni perfettamente puliti.
La casa si trova in ottima posizione e tutti i servizi di Vigo di Fassa sono raggiungibili a piedi.
Da migliorare la pulizia della cucina.
