It has five bedrooms: two on the ground floor and three upstairs.
Free, fast Wi-Fi is available in and around the house.
The garden is surrounded by a high hedge, ensuring optimal privacy. The spacious terrace features a permanent canopy with four heaters, so you can enjoy outdoor seating even on chilly evenings.
There's an outdoor table with a bench, five chairs, and a cozy lounge set.
For barbecue enthusiasts, there's a dedicated BBQ terrace with a combination BBQ (gas, charcoal, and smoking). The house also has a private parking space right next to the house and three comfortable sun loungers.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a smart TV with a DVD player.
The dining area has a large table with a bench and five chairs.

The studio has a 120 cm wide double bed, a desk, a smart TV, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. There is a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
In the garden, there is a shed with a freezer. First floor Upstairs are three bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and sink, and a separate toilet.
The larger bedroom has a double bed (160 cm wide x 200 cm long), a smart TV, and ample closet space.
The other two bedrooms each have two single beds (90 cm wide x 200 cm long). Bed linens and towels are included. The bed linen package per person includes a fitted sheet, a duvet cover, and a pillowcase.
The towel package includes both a small and a large towel.
A kitchen towel and a tea towel are also provided.
A handy service kit is also available for your first day.
This includes a garbage bag, dish brush, dishcloth, dish soap, two dishwasher tablets, and a roll of toilet paper. Beds made? Would you like to enjoy made beds upon arrival? We're happy to arrange this for you for just €6.50 per bed.
You can easily select this option when booking. Rental and private use We would like to inform you that this holiday home is rented out, but also used as a private residence. (During your stay, the house is entirely at your disposal, as the owner is abroad.) Therefore, there are personal belongings in the house, including private photos, and the kitchen and a small part of the large refrigerator are stocked with some groceries.
You are welcome to use these groceries. There are also clothes in some of the wardrobes in the bedrooms.
However, we have left sufficient space for your belongings.
