The holiday park borders directly on Lake Garda and offers a restaurant with a lake view, a bar, a beautiful adult pool, and a children's pool.
From the pool and restaurant, you have a wonderful panoramic view of Lake Garda.
The holiday village also has a mini-market, playground, WiFi access, volleyball court, small football field, table tennis, and bocce court.
Furthermore, a mini-golf course and tennis courts are available for a fee just 300 meters away.
The holiday complex is particularly suitable for families who prefer to do without animation and entertainment, thus guaranteeing relaxation and recreation! Washing machines and dryers are also available.
Sun loungers are available to guests free of charge at the beach and by the pool (subject to availability). The complex offers a magnificent view of a 3 km long pebble beach, stretching from the port of Dusano to San Sivino.
Dogs are not allowed in the entire holiday village. The two-room masonry holiday home with a lake view consists of a bedroom with a double bed, which can also be converted into two single beds.
The living area has a sofa bed and offers a comfortable sleeping space for either two children up to 12 years old or one adult (thus, the holiday accommodation is suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children up to 12 years old). The living area has a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery, pans, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The bathroom has a sink, shower cabin, and toilet.
The covered seating area with table and chairs invites you to relax, while the children can let off steam on the playground.
Two comfortable loungers by the house are also included.

LOCATION
The holiday village in San Sivino/Manerba covers approximately 34,000 m² of gently sloping terrain and is located directly on the southwestern shore of Lake Garda, in the Golfo di Dusano. The holiday village is beautifully situated and surrounded by greenery between the towns of Moniga and Manerba.
TOWN AND SURROUNDINGS
Moniga del Garda is located on the southwestern shore of Lake Garda. The old town nestles against a hill crowned by a castle. The massive fortress was built to defend against the Huns, but has now become an idyllic residential area. The newer part of the village extends down to the lake, where visitors will find a picturesque harbor and long, inviting pebble beaches. For those who don't shy away from hills, Moniga offers beautiful cycling routes past olive groves, vineyards, fields, and meadows. Moniga del Garda also provides good opportunities to explore the surrounding area and beyond. In just one hour, you can visit Verona for a city trip, with its Roman past, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet, and of course, the world-renowned arena with open-air performances. To the west lie the cities of Brescia, Bergamo, and Milan, inviting you for an extensive shopping spree. Even the picturesque Venice is still easily accessible from Moniga del Garda. A trip around Lake Garda is always an experience in itself. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of leisure parks, zoos, climbing parks, and swimming pools. In Castelnuovo del Garda, you'll find Gardaland, one of Italy's largest amusement parks. Families will get their money's worth here, as with over 40 attractions, from the whitewater rafting ride to the fairy-tale themed world, there's something for everyone, young and old. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium awaits to introduce visitors to the underwater world. In Movieland in Lazise, breathtaking stunt shows await visitors. Special effects provide the necessary action. The Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered animal species and counts numerous endangered species such as tigers, leopards, and the red panda among its inhabitants. On a walking trail, visitors can go on a safari and get closer to animals like rhinos, hippos, and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.
