Peschiera's old town is easily accessible via the pedestrian promenade along the lake.
The holiday village is situated directly on Lake Garda, which has a magical allure for splashing and swimming, canoeing or pedal boating.
The main attraction of the holiday village is undoubtedly the large, fantastic pool landscape: five pools for swimmers and non-swimmers, separate areas for the little guests, and a fun water mushroom ensure fun for all ages.
The multilingual animation team organizes daily courses, tournaments, and games for guests of all ages.
In the evenings, you will be entertained with shows, musical moments, and events for an unforgettable holiday memory.
The resort features restaurants, a supermarket, a souvenir shop, medical services, WiFi, several great playgrounds, a wide variety of sports facilities, and a well-equipped pebble beach.
Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holiday guests. The modern Happy Superior mobile home is bright and cheerfully furnished and can accommodate a maximum of 7 people.
The accommodation consists of a master bedroom with a double bed, with one of the bathrooms directly connected, and 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds.
In the living area, a sofa bed offers an additional sleeping place.
The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and is equipped with a refrigerator (with a small freezer compartment), a 4-burner gas stove, sink, cutlery, dishes, pots, microwave, toaster, moka pot, and a filter coffee machine.
The living area has 2 Bluetooth speakers and a USB port.
Furthermore, mosquito nets are installed on the bedroom and living room windows.
Both bathrooms have a sink, a toilet, a shower, a mirror, and a hairdryer.
The covered wooden terrace with a table, chairs, 2 loungers/deck chairs, a hanging chair, a clothesline, and a charcoal or gas grill or an electric grill plate invites you to relax, while the children can play to their heart's content in the playground or by the pool.
The travel time from the Italian border is approximately 2 hours.
Note: If you require more than one accommodation, this is usually possible, as we have several properties of the same type. ARRIVAL DAY + LENGTH OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure days, as well as the minimum length of stay for your desired season.
Note: If for any reason you cannot arrive on the scheduled arrival day, check-in on the following day is of course also possible (please report this before arrival).

However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged. BEACH The 1 km long pebble beach, directly adjacent to the holiday resort, is a large, free beach.
Those who prefer lying on grass will find a large green area on the beautiful beach of Lake Garda.
Many water sports opportunities are available to guests: windsurfing, paraflying, water skiing, and rowing.
The ideal place to relax with a sunbath or to engage in one of the many sports activities.
Snacks can be enjoyed in the shade of the restaurants located immediately on the beach, which offer a refreshingly delicious selection. POOL The pool area is simply overwhelming: 5 pools are available to holiday guests, which not only make children's hearts beat faster but also offer a real experience for adults.
With water slides, a large water mushroom, and water games, fun is guaranteed.
A large sunbathing area with loungers and umbrellas is available for relaxation.
A highlight is also the artificially created sand beach by the pool landscape.

FAMILY FRIENDLY During the mid and high season, a team of experienced, multilingual animators will gently liven up your stay.
Whether it's football, table tennis, beach volleyball, water aerobics, or archery, you certainly won't get bored.
For children aged 4 to 10, there is a Mini Club.
Your children will have the opportunity to participate as protagonists in evening shows, attend cooking classes and the circus school, or take part in an exciting treasure hunt.
Every evening, the animation team, together with international guests, offers you the best entertainment.
Furthermore, during the high season, a fantastic fireworks display takes place every 15 days.
For those who want to be active, there is a wide selection: basketball, volleyball, football, table tennis, boccia, archery, or tennis. LEISURE AND SPORTS Those who want to stay fit even on holiday have the choice: football, beach volleyball, archery, or boccia are available.
Or keep fit with water aerobics twice a day.
On the beach, you can learn windsurfing, paraflying, water skiing, row, pedal boat, or simply jog along the lake.
Bicycle rental is also available. SHOPPING The holiday resort has a grocery store where you can find fresh food as well as a wide selection of everyday items. MEALS The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with dishes, cutlery, pots, microwave, filter coffee machine, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
Shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity.
The restaurants are happy to spoil you and also offer a large selection of takeaway meals. PETS Pets are NOT allowed. SPECIALS You can rent a buoy or a boat parking space.
Every 15 days during the high season, there is a beautiful fireworks display.
The holiday resort is car-free.
Final cleaning must be carried out by the tenant.
Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops, etc. are provided.
Accommodations are checked afterwards to ensure cleanliness.
Any complaints will be charged at €50.

TOWN AND SURROUNDINGS
Peschiera del Garda is located on the southeastern shore of Lake Garda. Peschiera's old town, completely surrounded by canals, lies within a mighty, beautifully overgrown fortress. Strolling through the narrow alleys, you will find many nice shops and small bars. Peschiera has one of the few train stations directly on Lake Garda and is therefore very easily accessible by public transport. A small marina can also be found in Peschiera. Peschiera advertises barrier-free shops and is therefore ideally suited for wheelchair users and families with strollers. You can buy great souvenirs, as well as delicious salami, cheese, and fresh fruit and vegetables at low prices at the weekly markets. Every Monday is market day in Peschiera. Next to Peschiera is the town of Castelnuovo del Garda. This attracts with a castle built in the 14th century by the Visconti, which towers over the old town of Castelnuovo. In just half an hour you can reach Verona for a city trip with its Roman past, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet, and of course the world-famous arena with open-air performances. To the west are the cities of Brescia, Bergamo, and Milan, which invite you for an extensive shopping trip. Even picturesque Venice is still easily reachable from Peschiera. A trip around Lake Garda is also always an experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally large range of theme parks, zoos, climbing parks, and swimming pools. For example, in Castelnuovo del Garda, you'll find Gardaland, one of Italy's largest amusement parks. Families will get their money's worth here, as with over 40 attractions, from the whitewater slide to the fairy-tale theme world, there is something for everyone, young and old. Right next door, Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium awaits to bring visitors closer to the underwater world. At Movieland in Lazise, breathtaking stunt shows await visitors. Special effects provide the necessary action. The Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo (just a few minutes' drive from the southeastern shore of the lake) is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered animal species and counts several endangered species such as tigers, leopards, and the red panda among its inhabitants. On a walking path, visitors can go on safari and get closer to animals such as rhinos, hippos, and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.
