This discount can be booked up to 60 days before arrival. The family-friendly accommodation is located in the Polynesia holiday residence in Croatia.
It is situated directly on the sea, not far from the beautiful town of Umag.
The town center of Umag is only a few minutes' drive away.
The sea is just a stone's throw away, making the holiday residence ideal for families.
Entertainment for young and old, a playground, sports facilities, and various dining options complete the perfect family vacation.
For those who prefer swimming in the pool, the complex offers a large swimming pool for adults and older children, as well as a great children's pool for the little ones.
While parents can exert themselves with sports such as tennis, cycling, or horseback riding, children can have fun in the mini club.
In the evening, you will find a restaurant with delicious food and a great program from the entertainment team at the complex.
A laundry service is available. The very simple and functional studio offers space for a maximum of 3 people.
It has a combined bedroom/living room with a double bed or two single beds and an additional sleeping space on the sofa bed. Satellite TV is available.
It has a kitchenette equipped with a stove, dishes, cutlery, cooking pots, and a refrigerator.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet, and sink.
The terrace/balcony with table and chairs invites you to relax comfortably while the children can let off steam on the playground or by the pool.
Driving time from the Croatian border is approx. 20 minutes.

The beach extends along a spacious promenade, with either paved areas or a pebble beach.
Here you can enjoy the sun and swim.
The paved paths offer families with strollers optimal conditions for a comfortable and pleasant day at the beach.
On the beach, you will find various recreational activities: windsurfing, pedal boats, banana boats, and much more.
The clean water has been awarded the Blue Flag by the FEE (Foundation of Environmental Education). POOL The beautiful pool complex covers 1000m² and is located directly by the sea. There is a children's pool with water features and a great swimming pool for adults and older children.
Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge on the large area around the pool. FAMILY FRIENDLY During the mid and high season, a team of experienced animators will gently liven up your stay.
Every day, various sports programs such as water aerobics, football, or volleyball take place, and for the little ones (5-12 years), there is the mini club with daily attractions.
A playground is located near the beach.
In the evening, various programs with live music, dance, and magic take place.
If you need a baby cot, you can request it at the reception. LEISURE AND SPORTS For those who want to stay fit even on vacation, there is plenty of choice: tennis courts, bike paths, and walking paths await you. In addition, the animation team puts together a varied fitness program for every day with water aerobics, aerobics, group dances, and much more.
There are also ping-pong tables in the holiday village and a mini-golf course nearby.
Golf, horseback riding, or football could also be part of your daily program.
Those who prefer to be on the water can rent a pedal boat or a jet ski, go canoeing or banana boating, or try windsurfing. SHOPPING The holiday resort is located not far from the center of Umag.
There you will find various boutiques and other shops where you can fulfill every wish.
If you only need something small, you can also shop at the mini-market within the holiday resort. FOOD The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, dishes, cutlery, cooking pots, a coffee machine, and a refrigerator.
Shopping facilities are also nearby.

There is also a pizzeria, a beach restaurant, a bakery, a fast-food stand, and a snack bar. If you would like to opt for breakfast or half-board, you can book these on-site (advance registration is not necessary). The holiday village borders the sea directly, making it ideal for families with small children. It enjoys an advantageous geographical location for excursions to places like Umag, Pula, and Slovenia. Additionally, the well-known Istralandia water park and the Brijuni Islands are nearby.
PLACE AND SURROUNDINGS
The small town of Umag, with its harbor, is a well-known business and tourist center in Istria. A long time ago, Roman nobility decided to use Umag as their summer residence. This is still visible today in the charming Venetian houses, the city walls, and the towers. In the city center, you will find many different shops, from boutiques and grocery stores to a shopping mall. You will also find various restaurants and cafes in the charming streets of the old town. Explore Umag by bicycle. The city has specialized shops that can provide you with the appropriate equipment. If you enjoy going out at night, a visit to the Casino Elite is recommended. There, you will find not only the usual gambling games but also good music and fresh drinks. Visit the oldest lighthouse on the Adriatic, Savudrija-Salvore, perhaps during a bike tour. You might be lucky and visit Umag during an ATP tennis tournament at the famous ATP Stadium in Stella Maris. Between the two port towns of Umag and Pula, there are several recommended towns that are certainly worth visiting. Fazana, Rovinj, Vrsar, Porec, as well as Pula and Umag itself, offer numerous restaurants, shopping opportunities, and historical buildings that are definitely worth seeing. Various amusement parks, such as Istralandia, Aquacolors, or Glavani Adventure Park, offer great opportunities for fun with the whole family. For nature lovers, we recommend a visit to the Brijuni Islands or the Beradine Jama Cave. Fish lovers are in the right place in this region! Here you can find all kinds of fish prepared in numerous ways. You can also find good wine in Croatia. So, if you want to indulge yourself, this is the right place. There is also plenty of entertainment in the evening. Croatians love festivals, music, and togetherness, whether in a disco, on the beach promenade, or in a small alley. Your evening entertainment is therefore guaranteed. The hinterland of the coastal strip offers many forests, cycling paths, and hiking trails, so those seeking peace and quiet or athletes will get their money's worth. You can find the famous weekly markets mostly daily in Porec, Rovinj, and Pula.
