The apartment 3 for 2 persons is very cozy and perfect for a stress-free and relaxing vacation in the Franconian Lake District.
It has approx. 60 m² with sloping ceilings down to the floor and is located on the 2nd floor.
It consists of a living room with sofa bed (W 120 x L 198 cm), a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom (double bed: 160x200), bathroom, high-speed WLAN, a TV and a fan. and a fan.
If you are taller than 180 cm, you might want to consider one of our other two apartments. This apartment has its own covered balcony, which faces south. The Altmühlsee is only 4 minutes away by bike. We are located in a cul-de-sac, so it offers the necessary peace and quiet to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Supermarkets etc. are only 800 m away from us. All our apartments are non-smoking! We kindly ask you not to smoke in the apartments under any circumstances and to strictly adhere to this! Pets and events are generally not allowed.

A written confirmation is necessary. Free parking is available on the street. The accommodation offers seasonal free vegetables from its own garden, which are guaranteed organic. We have a storage room for bicycles.

Die Gastgeber sind super nett und haben an alles gedacht. Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung bis ins kleinste Detail. Habe super geschlafen und mich rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Umgebung bietet sehr viel und die Gastgeber haben gute Tipps für leckere Restaurants und schöne Radtouren.
Komme auf jeden Fall wieder :-)))
