leider nur die perfekte Lage der Unterkunft.Alles fussläufig zu erreichen.
Leider ist die Unterkunft sehr renovierungsbedürftig.
Es müsste wirklich mal investiert werden.
Wir waren doch etwas vom Zustand schockiert.......

alles im Umkreis von ca. 1 km erreichbar. ruhige Lage. Wohnung sauber mit kleinen Mängeln. Doppelbett gut.
sehr freundliche Vermieter.
TV fiel mehrmals aus, W Lan falsche Router Angabe. ne kleine Sanierung wäre angebracht ( z. B. Kittfuge- WC Spülknopf-Wozi Türe schleift über Parkett.)

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Gastgeberin freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Check-in einfach und komplikationslos.
Die Wohnung verfügte über alles, was man so braucht.
An der ein oder anderen Stelle mūsste das Ein-oder Andere modernisiert werden.
Aber insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt
