DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT :

The flat has a surface area of 33m² and is composed as follows
Entrance/hallway with a bathroom on one side and a living room/kitchen on the other.

The only bedroom has a window overlooking an inner courtyard and is quiet.

The Scandinavian-style furniture adds a contemporary, uncluttered touch to the living room.

The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the living room.

Ideal accommodation for exhibitors or visitors to the Porte de Versailles exhibition centre and for all other holidaymakers, the flat is just as ideal as it is spacious and highly functional, and can easily accommodate children.


IMPORTANT AND TO BE NOTED:

To finalise your booking, a lease (from 1 to 10 months) must be signed before your arrival, in French and by electronic means (electronic signature).

In order to draw up the lease correctly, you must send the following documents to the email address contact@dthomasrealestate.com;

- ID document.

- Proof of your main residence.

In addition, you must take out rental risk and damage insurance.

You have access to the entire accommodation.


Fans in summer, auxiliary heaters in winter and umbrella beds can be provided at extra cost. Don't hesitate to ask us!

We offer a late arrival service on request (must be booked in advance)
-30€ between 8pm & 9pm.

-50€ between 9pm & 10pm.

-70€ between 10pm & 11pm. No reception after this time.

To be paid in cash or by cheque on arrival (against receipt).


We ask you to respect the appointment time you have given us. Please feel free to arrive a little ahead of schedule. If you arrive later than the check-in time initially agreed with you, our receptionist will not be able to wait for you.

An alternative appointment time will have to be arranged and you will be charged €30.

A fee of 50€ for arrival on 24 & 31 December after 6pm and on 25 December & 1 January to be paid on arrival in cash or cheque (against receipt).


If you lose the key to the accommodation during your stay, the lock on the door will have to be changed. The cost of this will be deducted from your deposit.


Concerning the end-of-stay cleaning/laundry package included in your booking
We provide professionally-treated linen, prepare the flat for your comfort and arrival, and clean at the end of your stay.


Leaving instructions before handing over the keys
1. Collect dirty towels & tea towels

2. Dispose of rubbish

3. Wash dishes

4. Do not throw away unused food. It may be used by subsequent passengers.
