The seating area is flooded by natural light from the large French doors which lead out into the garden whilst a smart TV is provided for your evening’s entertainment.
Neatly tucked away are a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Also on the ground floor is one of two house bathrooms offering a walk-in shower and a kingsize bedroom complete with wrought iron bed frame and Freeview TV.
To the first floor is a further bathroom offering both a bath and walk-in shower and two bedrooms with Freeview TVs; a super kingsize zip and link and a king size double.
Step outside into an enclosed garden complete with an Astro Turf lawn, a large patio area with rattan furniture and a private hot tub.

Everything was beautiful. We are older and found the settee too low and squashy. Perhaps an added armchair. Can’t think of anything else it needs as owner has thought of everything. Beds were extremely comfortable.
