Housing : HOSSEGOR villa GINKI comprising: Living/living room of 35 m2env, south-east exposure, on terrace in raw cement overlooking the underwood garden.
Open period kitchen (2.17x4.04): ceramic glass hob 4 fires, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
Bedroom 1 (4.56x4.04): 1 bed in 140. Bedroom 2 with sink (3.10x3.51) facing South: 1 bed in 140. Bedroom 3 (3.51x2.97): 2 bunk beds and 1 bed in 90. Mezzanine above the living room: 2 beds in 90. ideal as an extra Small shower room (2.44x2.53) with sink and Italian shower.
WC. Basement: washing machine.
With independent external access in semi basement, ceilings at 1.97m: Bedroom 4 (2.72x3.71) with closet: 1 bed in 140 and enfilade Bedroom 5 (2.85x3.72): 1 cot and 1 cot. Bathroom (1.60x3.72): bath, sink and shower (0.97x0.80 with a height of 1.84m)- separate toilet.
WIFI , gas barbecue WEBER natural garden oak corks mimosas shrubs etc... Very sought after area for a good holiday. "The white beach" of the marine lake on foot and the one of "the Grave" nearby.
The set is simple and rustic but quiet and wooded.
The terrace is cemented, the garden is partly sandy and made of underwood (arbous trees and cork oaks). Ideal for family holidays.
Linen is not included in the rentals.
Off season, plan heating package, consult us. Housing not accessible to persons with reduced mobility.
Off season, possibility of other days of arrival than Saturday.
A deposit, the amount of which varies according to the accommodation, will be requested and, unless exception is made, the residence tax will be payable on the spot.

Maison agréable, lumineuse, très bien située. Le chauffage uniquement par radiateur est étonnant au début, mais au final très performant. Le contact avec l'agence efficace et agréable.

Pas de barbecue ni lave linge
Apparement dans le garage, nous avons pourtant essayé toutes les clefs dans toutes les serrures.
