Living with a view! Haus Rothorn is ideally located in Nesslegg.
Enjoy your well-deserved vacation in the cozy, bright, and spacious apartments! A playroom is available for our younger guests, which they can use at any time.
Very close to the house, there is a small river where the little guests can let off steam. SOAR - DIVE - GO From 3 nights onwards, our guests automatically receive the Bregenzerwald and Großes Walsertal Guest Card.
This card allows free use of all cable cars, buses, and swimming pools in the entire Bregenzerwald for the entire stay, as often as you like! From the house, there are numerous opportunities for hiking and mountain tours.
For those looking for more adventure, we recommend a canyoning tour that starts directly in Nesslegg, a visit to the adventure park, or perhaps a climbing tour to the Karhorn via ferrata? HOLIDAY WITH YOUR DOG Bringing a dog is allowed upon request.
However, two or more dogs in one apartment are NOT permitted.
We charge a separate fee per night for the dog. The ski bus stop is just a few meters from the house.
From there, guests can easily reach the ski area in 5 minutes.
On your skis and off you go to the ski fun of Ski Arlberg! From Schröcken to St. Anton am Arlberg and back in one day. The ski buses run every 15 minutes! Free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments for our guests. Bed linen and towels are provided in the apartments and are, of course, included in the price. Parking is available directly at the house. Haus Rothorn is located in the Nesslegg district at an altitude of 1,500m on the sun plateau of Schröcken.
Coming from the Bregenzerwald, the L200 leads through the entire village to the Nesslegg district.
At the end of this district, after the last house, turn left. Coming from Warth, directly after the Schröcken/Nesslegg town sign, turn right, and it is the 2nd house there. The apartments are ready for occupancy from 3:00 PM. On the day of departure, please check out of the apartments by 10:00 AM.

Busverbindung gehört am Abend ausgebaut (muss ja nicht mehr 1/4 stündlich sein) Nach dem Skifahren in die Wohnung dann nach Schröcken was einkaufen und wieder zurück nach Nessleg ins Apartment, geht sich mit dem Bus nur knapp aus. Und eigentlich lassen wir das Auto im Urlaub gerne stehen. Auch ein Restaurantbesuch am Abend mit dem Bus nicht möglich.
