Grace’s Retreat is a single-storey property consisting of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for two guests and a sitting area with TV and woodburning stove. There is one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Outside there is a shared courtyard with furniture, and off-road parking is available. Within 0.7 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.3 miles, a pub and within 0.1 miles, the River Tees and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Grace’s Retreat is a wonderful escape for you and your loved one in County Durham.
