The Residence is located in the famous and monumental Palazzo Partanna in Piazza dei Martiri, which was built in the 18th century by Mario Gioffredo, to whom the Duke of Paduli had entrusted the task of enlarging and modifying a house purchased outside “Porta di Chiaia”. Rebuilt in the 19th century by Niccolini for Lucia Migliaccio, morganatic wife of Ferdinando I of Bourbon and, just before that, widow of Prince Benedict Maria III Grifeo di Partanna (hence the naming of the Palace).
The structure is accessed from the entrance of Via Carlo Poerio, which allows direct and independent entry to the property.
The apartment consists of a studio equipped with an equipped kitchen and can accommodate up to 3 people (with a double bed and an extra bed for the occasion) and two double bedrooms each with private bathroom.
A corridor separates the access to the rooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, wifi, refrigerator, kettle, Nespresso and bathroom kit. The location in the elegant and vibrant heart of the city, surrounded by the most prestigious shopping streets, the waterfront and the nightlife triangle, together with the recent industrial-style renovation, make this accommodation the ideal solution for your stay in Naples! Paid parking is available in the immediate vicinity.
Service costs: 15€/per stay. December 24 and 31: check-ins will be available until 18.00. At the time of check-in, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian rental law. City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 14 nights

Well renovated spot. Good check in process. Weird that the kitchen is in the bedroom. No knife or chopping board. The only skillet they have doesn’t work on the induction stove that they have.
