Viel Platz und die Küche war gut ausgestattet
Im Eingangsbereich etwas muffiger Geruch.
Die eine Dusche ist nicht wirklich benutzbar, weil nach dem Duschen das Bad unter Wasser steht.
Einige Lampen funktionierten nicht.
Ein Thermostat im Flur ist defekt, deshalb überheizt
Wohnung war soweit okay.

Vielleicht sollte der Vermieter mal sein Reinigungspersonal prüfen.
Habe die komplette Terrasse ausfegen müssen (alles voller Blätter, als wenn seit Monaten hier keiner mehr gewohnt hat. Auch der Glastisch war in einem nicht schönen Zustand. Die Auszieh-Couch habe ich ebenfalls abgesaugt.
Anmerkung: Wenn der Vermieter sich hierum kümmert, würde ich die Wohnung gerne weiterempfehlen.
