Welcome to our small, cozy vacation apartment.
Despite its size, everything you need is available.
As the stairs are quite steep, the apartment is only suitable for people without physical disabilities.
From the living room you have direct access to the kitchen, the bathroom and the large bedroom.
From there you can access the small bedroom. You can reach a small park in 2 minutes on foot and the Emder Stadtwall in 5 minutes.
The city center is also only 5 minutes away from the accommodation. You can hire bikes/pedelecs at half price from our own bike rental service. The ferry to the North Sea island of Borkum can be reached in approx. 20 minutes. Non-smoking apartment

Zentrale gute Wohnung in Emden einfach, rustikal und Gemütlich. Gastgeber hat ein Fahrradverleih.
Parkplatz ist vorhanden und inclusive. Die Wohnung ist im Innenhof gelegen und somit nicht an der Straße die in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof führt.
City Post die in der Nacht arbeitet und bei geöffnetem Fenster das wuseln hört.
Staubsauger war leider nicht da um Brötchen Krümel nach dem Frühstück aufzunehmen.

Wir haben alles sauber und ordentlich vor gefunden. Der Vermieter ist ein freundlicher und hilfsbereiter älterer Herr.
Die Sitzecke (Sofa) für ältere Menschen mit körperlichen Behinderungen nicht optimal.(man sitzt sehr Tief)
