This spacious, sunny 3-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of our three-family house.
A semi-detached town villa from 1913, only a few minutes' walk from the town center and the Trave river with a quiet, sunny inner courtyard.
The accommodation has been extensively renovated by us to make it energy efficient.
We have preserved the original charm of the accommodation with high rooms, old doors and pitch pine floors.
It is very centrally located in the quiet and popular Fehlingstraße. 2 bedrooms with double beds, large bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and separate guest WC.
Living area with glass veranda facing south and a sofa bed for 2 people.
Next to it is the fully equipped kitchenette and the dining area with corner bench for 6 people.
They have a WiFi connection.
The vacation apartments have a garden of 600m² with a large lawn area, which offers plenty of space for children to run around and relax in the afternoon sun, with a pavilion, sun loungers, sandpit for the little ones, beach chair, garden furniture and barbecue.
There is a parking space for your car and bicycles as well as a bicycle stand/bike shelter.
Seaside resort Travemünde, the most beautiful daughter of the historic Hanseatic city of Lübeck.
Ferry and fishing harbor at the mouth of the Trave into the Baltic Sea with a closed old town and venue for international sailing regattas.

Eine vom Raumangebot her schöne Ferienwohnung im alten (Kolonial-)Stil, die man schnell trotz des sehr kleinen, zur Küche hin offenen kleinen Wohnbereiches mit 2er-Sofa, Couchtisch und 2 gemütlichen Sesseln - diese aber ohne Blickkontakt zum (rollbaren) Fernseher - ins Herz geschlossen hat.

Beim Gäste-WC hätte uns bei „Licht an“ ein Vorhang bzw. ein Sichtschutz vor dem Fenster nicht gestört. Andererseits: Blickrichtung war nur in Richtung Garten sowie auf ein unbewohntes Gebäude und wir befanden uns ja im 1. OG…..

Es war alles vorhanden, wie beschrieben. Die Unterkunft war sauber und geräumig. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Hellhörigkeit. Wir hatten die Wohnung im ersten OG und da hört man alle Schritte von darüber und darunter. Sehr gute Lage und schöner Garten mit Trampolin, Schaukel und Schuppen für die Räder. Ankunftsdatum - 3. Die Wohnung prima liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße, allerdings muß man wissen, dass der tagsüber fahrende Regionalzug zu hören ist. Uns hat es nicht gestört, aber für sehr geräuschempfindliche Personen ist das vielleicht wissenswert.
