The loveliest 'violins' of Amalfi – Nestled in the green hills of the Amalfi Coast, just a few meters from the picturesque center of Amalfi lies the enchanting holiday home with the melodious name Villino dei Violini (small house of violins).
A breathtaking view of the sparkling blue Mediterranean Sea and a fascinating view of Amalfi itself can be enjoyed from all rooms as well as the terrace of the holiday home Villino dei Violini.
It is located slightly off-center and is perfect for those who want to experience the colorful hustle and bustle of the Amalfi Coast while also enjoying a pleasant, quiet holiday atmosphere. A SKY FULL OF VIOLINS You reach the stylishly furnished Villino dei Violini via a staircase leading through the terraced garden.
On the ground floor of the house are the very spacious living/dining room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. On the 1st floor, you will find another bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and the heart of the house, after which it is named: the double bedroom, where the vaulted ceiling is elaborately painted and adorned with violins.
When you wake up in the morning, you can look out through a small window onto Amalfi or through the window to your right at the gentle waves of the sea. In front of the front door of Villino dei Violini is the furnished terrace, shaded by climbing bougainvillea in the summer months.
In the approximately 500 m² garden, laid out in several terraces, lemons, oranges, and various vegetables are grown, which you are welcome to use for preparing your Mediterranean dishes. A private PARKING SPACE can be provided on request and for a fee.
For a small extra charge, your luggage will be brought to your doorstep. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION As public transport on the Amalfi Coast is well-developed, a car is not essential for your holiday at Villino dei Violini. The center of Amalfi, with its colorful houses, narrow alleys, and the ever-bustling activity of its residents, is 1 km away.
Here you will find a variety of shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. A bar open year-round is just 500 m away.
About 600 m from Villino dei Violini is the 'Spiaggia degli Artisti' – a small bay with a sandy beach and shallow access to the sea. AROUND AMALFI Numerous towns, some smaller, some larger, but always very peaceful and characteristic, line the Amalfi Coast.
Besides Amalfi, Ravello and Positano are among the best known, but smaller towns like Raito or Conca dei Marini are also worth an excursion or trip. Those who wish to escape the hustle and bustle of the coast should wander along one of the numerous hiking trails on the Amalfi Coast and enjoy the peace and nature.
Our tip: Walk in the footsteps of the gods – the 'Sentiero degli Dei' (Path of the Gods), for example, can be started in Agerola.
Beforehand, you can stock up on local delicacies at the various grocery stores for a picnic break.

Das Haus liegt absolut perfekt und hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick. Durch die sehr weitläufigen und schön arrangierten Gärten auf den Terrassen ist man völlig alleine und kann eine für Amalfi wohl einzigartige Ruhe genießen. Selbst die unterhalb liegende Küstenstraße kann man fast gar nicht hören. Ein Traum!

Das Haus ist gemütlich, sehr gut in Schuss, sauber und ordentlich. Sämtliche Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden. Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage freistehend am Berg (90 Stufen) oberhalb der Küstenstraße mit fantstischem Blick aufs Meer und seitlich auf die Stadt Amalfi.

Es war ein toller Urlaub und insbesondere unser Ansprechpartner Luigi hat sich ganz entzückend um uns gekümmert. Das war toll. Die Einrichtungsgegenständer und Möbel in der Wohnung sind ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Darunter leidet das Ambiente insgesamt ein wenig. Aber die wahnsinnige Aussicht ist dafür umso beeindruckender.
