Lythe Cottage has a kitchen with electric oven and 2-ring hob, microwave, fridge with ice box and a washing machine, a living/dining room with dining seating for two guests, a Smart TV and woodburning stove. There is one king-size bedroom, serviced by a shower room. Outside there is an allocated parking space for one car. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop and pub, and beach in 1.1 miles, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price, along with a starter pack for the woodburning stove. Lythe Cottage is a lovely base for your next adventure in North Yorkshire. Note: The stairs leading to the first floor are quite steep and may not be suitable for guests with lower mobility. Note: The property is located on a busy road, please ensure pets are supervised. Note: There are low beams on the ground floor, please take care. Note: There is a bus stop with easy links to Sandsend and Whitby, less than 100m away.
