HOW TO GET AROUND Metro Station: Metro:Delicias metro station line 3 is just a few minutes away and Legazpi line 6 and 3. To get to the flat: From the airport: Take Metro Line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios, where you transfer to Line 10 towards Puerta del Sur.
Get off at Plaza de España and transfer to Line 3, which will take you to Delicias station.
From there, you will only have to walk about 3 minutes to the flat. From Atocha station:I recommend walking from Atocha to the flat, as it only takes about 15 minutes and is quite a pleasant walk.
If you prefer to go by metro, you can take Line 1 from Atocha to Sol, change there to Line 3 and get off at Delicias.
From the station, you will only have to walk a few minutes to the flat. From Chamartín:Take Metro Line 10 and get off at Plaza de España.
There, transfer to Line 3 and continue to Delicias station.
On leaving, you will only have to walk a few minutes to the flat. If you are coming by car, check the Madrid City Council website to find out where to drive and where to park. IMPORTANT NOTES: -The building is currently undergoing elevator installation, so there may be some disturbances during your stay.

Muy buena ubicación a 50 mt del metro Las Delicias y al frente del Mercadona lo que no tiene precio para mí, muy limpio, condominio tranquilo, a pesar de estar acostumbrado a espacios más amplios pasé unos días cómodo.

El agua caliente salía tibia. Todos los días a todas horas, no era problema del uso porque la primera persona que se duchó ya la notaba fría, mañana tarde o noche.

Estaba todo muy sucio, incluidas las mantas y las sábanas de las camas. Además, las puertas de las habitaciones y del baño no cerraban ni las ventanas tampoco.
Por último, si vas solo/a, es imposible salir del edificio sin las llaves por lo que el último día es complicado salir.
