Nous avons apprécié la proximité de la plage, l’ensemble de la maison et son extérieur même si nous n’en n’avons pas beaucoup profité à cause du bruit.

Il est quasiment impossible de profiter des transats tant la route située devant la maison et bruyante avec de nombreux véhicules qui passent. L’isolation phonique n’est pas optimum, on entend tous les bruits des voisins, nous avons changé de chambre pour moins entendre les bruits. La climatisation est capricieuse , elle ne fonctionne pas toujours correctement.

Casa muy cómoda, con aire acondicionado en el salón y ventiladores en los dos dormitorios. Cocina bien dotada y pequeño jardín con un porche perfecto para comer, dos tumbonas a la sombra de una fantástica morera y una ducha muy útil. Hay una pequeña barbacoa, sombrillas y detalles como jabón en el baño y en la ducha. Es una casa muy tranquila, a dos pasos de la playa de son xoriguer

La cobertura y el wifi no funcionaban los dos primeros días, luego mejoró un poco aunque no iba perfecto. Estaría bien poner un ventilador en el techo del porche.
