This exclusive 1-room non-smoking apartment is located on the 13th floor of Haus Metropol, is approx. 43 sqm, and offers a beautiful view of the North Sea.
The tiled living and sleeping area is equipped with high-quality single cabinet beds, a sofa with an armchair, a dining area by the window with a sea view, cable TV, radio, internet via WLAN (no guarantee), and a west-facing balcony with a sea view.
The separate kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, ceramic hob, and kettle.
The bright, tiled shower room/WC features a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail.
Pets are not allowed.
Rental linen (mandatory): The linen package includes: 3 terry towels, 1 large bath towel, 1 bath mat, 2 tea towels, 1 bedsheet, 1 bedding set.
Consumables such as bin bags, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs are provided in the apartment as an initial supply.
A car parking space can be rented separately. --- In the Economy season "C", stay 7 nights - pay for 6 nights ---
