Since the Andy Warhol era in his Factory on Manhattan's East 47th Street, loft living has been the ultimate trend, offering a completely different way to live and work.

What was once considered "hip" for dropouts from bourgeois, stuffy everyday life is now sought after, especially by those who have already arrived.
The attraction of lofts is based then and now on the same characteristics: oversized windows, ceiling heights of up to approx. 7 meters, and living without walls convey a different, new feeling of life.
Loft living apparently corresponds to the habitus of modern big-city nomads who live out their individuality in furnishings far removed from wallpaper, curtains, and plush carpets.
The town of Intra, with its dreamlike old town and numerous bars, restaurants, cafés, and shops, can be reached by car in five minutes or on foot via the beautiful old Roman road in half an hour.
Originating from an old spinning and weaving mill, whose main building was erected in the typical industrial architectural style of the turn of the century and has thus been preserved to this day - now a listed building - we can offer you the only loft property we know of on Lake Maggiore.
The facades of the main building with approx. 60 cm thick walls have been completely restored.
The loft, tastefully furnished with great attention to detail and well-equipped, has a ceiling height of up to 7 meters, cast-iron columns, huge iron windows, and French doors.
From the spacious south-facing terrace belonging to the approx. 100 m² loft with a charcoal grill, you can enjoy a rarely beautiful view of the lake in unrestricted sunshine.
The loft is located on the first of two floors and can be reached either via the staircase or comfortably by elevator.
Another highlight is the approx. 40 m² private roof terrace belonging to the apartment, with a dreamlike lake view, which can also be reached by elevator.
There you can enjoy the sun all day long.
About 300 meters away is the holiday complex La Selva with a large swimming pool (approx. 25 m x approx. 12 m, open from approx. mid-June to approx. early September - free for loft tenants) with changing rooms and a snack bar, sun loungers and parasols (for a fee), as well as tennis courts (also for a fee). The public beach with a bar is just under 400 m away.

Das Loft ist spitze, alles da was man braucht und die Aussicht / Terrasse ist mega!
Die Bilder passen zu 100%(was oftmals leider nicht der Fall ist). Hier kann man sich nur wohl fühlen!
