Since Andy Warhol's days at his Factory on Manhattan's East 47th Street, loft living has been the absolute trend, offering a completely different way to live and work.

What was once considered "hip" for dropouts from bourgeois, conventional daily life is now sought after by those who have already arrived.
The attraction of lofts, then as now, is based on the same features: oversized windows, ceiling heights of up to approx. 7 meters, and open-plan living convey a different, new feeling for life.
Loft living apparently suits the lifestyle of modern city nomads who express their individuality in furnishings far removed from wallpaper, curtains, and plush carpets.
The town of Intra, with its dreamlike old town and numerous bars, restaurants, cafés, and shops, is a five-minute drive away or a thirty-minute walk via the beautiful old Roman road.
Originating from an old spinning and weaving mill, whose main building was erected in the typical industrial architectural style of the turn of the century and has been preserved to this day – now a listed building – we can offer you the only loft property we know of on Lake Maggiore.
The facades of the main building, with approx. 60 cm thick walls, have been completely restored.
The loft, tastefully furnished with great attention to detail and well-equipped, has a ceiling height of up to 7 meters, cast-iron columns, huge iron windows, and French doors.
From the generous south-facing terrace of approx. 100 m², which includes a charcoal grill, you can enjoy a rarely beautiful view of the lake with unobstructed sunshine.
The loft is located on the first of two floors and can be reached either via the staircase or conveniently by elevator.
Another highlight is the additional approx. 40 m² private roof terrace belonging to the apartment, with a dreamlike lake view, which can also be accessed by elevator.
Here you can enjoy the sun all day long.
At approx. 300 m distance is the holiday resort La Selva with a large swimming pool (approx. 25 m x approx. 12 m, open from approx. mid-June to approx. early September – free for loft tenants) with changing rooms and snack bar, sun loungers and umbrellas (for a fee), as well as tennis courts (also for a fee).
The public beach with a bar is just under 400 m away.

Die Bilder passen zu 100%(was oftmals leider nicht der Fall ist). Hier kann man sich nur wohl fühlen!
