Newly built, semi-detached house on two floors with a well-kept garden.
It is bright and tastefully furnished, has WiFi, satellite TV and a dishwasher.
It is located next to the beach, close to all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay.
This well-maintained semi-detached house is perfect for enjoying a family vacation, resting and relaxing in Stepnica with all comforts. Stepnica is located not far behind the German-Polish border in Western Pomerania.
The distance to Stettin (Szczecin) is 25 kilometers and it is around 150 kilometers to Berlin.
You can explore the boat harbor during a leisurely stroll; Also worth seeing are the classicist parish church of St. Hyazinth, a plastered half-timbered building from 1741 and the half-timbered and brick houses from the 19th and 20th centuries.

Sind spät angekommen und das Haus war bereit und einladend. Der Garten war großartig für den Morgenkaffee. Das Kochen in der offenen Küche mit allen nötigen Utensilien hat Spaß gemacht. Die Nähe zum Strand war ein Highlight, nur ein kurzer Spaziergang! Wirklich gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für unseren Familienurlaub hier.

Exceeded my expectations for the cost. Spacious and tidy with excellent amenities like WiFi and a dishwasher. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and restaurants. The modern decor made it an inviting place to unwind after visiting Stepnica.

Ik zou deze plek aanbevelen aan iedereen die hier langskomt omdat het aan al mijn basisbehoeften voldeed. De grote woonkamer maakte het gemakkelijk om alleen of met vrienden te ontspannen na een dag verkennen in Stepnica.
