Linden View has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a utility, a ground-floor king-size bedroom with en-suite, a further king-size with en-suite, and a twin with sofa beds, serviced by a cloakroom. Appliances consist of an electric oven, induction hob, two microwaves, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, wine chiller, Smart TV with Netflix, and two TVs. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars, a front garden with decking and furniture, a rear lawned garden, and access to 1-acre of grounds with two ponds; please be vigilant. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Enjoy Devon's coastline from Linden View. Note: Both step and ramp access.
