This vacation apartment "Allgäu Auszeit" with its 85 square meters and central location invites you to relax and explore.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building, is quietly situated and has a wonderful view.
It offers 85 square meters of space for 1-6 people and consists of a large living room with a pull-out sofa, two bedrooms with a double bed and large wardrobe, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. The large living room leads directly onto the south-facing balcony with awning. The kitchen is very well equipped.
The center of the apartment is the living/dining area with sofa, TV and dining table. Pets are welcome in this apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment. Various shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. There is a passenger elevator in the house. Sonthofen, a cycling town, climatic health resort and the southernmost town in Germany, is idyllically situated in the valley between the Iller and Ostrach rivers in the middle of the Allgäu Alps.
Sonthofen is the perfect starting point for many tourist and cultural activities.
We offer you interesting sights, exciting excursion destinations, well-developed hiking trails, a rich cultural program and a wide range of sports activities in summer and winter.

Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz. Bad und WC sind renoviert. Alles notwendige war vorhanden.
Die Lage ist gut, so dass man zu Fuß Stadtzentrum und Geschäfte erreichen kann.
Viele kahle Wände, nur wenige und überwiegend alte Möbel. Die Wohnung ist eher zweckmäßig aber nicht besonders liebevoll eingerichtet und lies ein angenehmes Wohlfühl-Ambiente vermissen.
In den Schlafzimmern gibt es keine richtigen Rollläden und man kann es nicht wirklich dunkel machen.
