Former farm in an idyllic secluded location on the outskirts of Aschau i.Ch. in the direction of Bernau am Chiemsee. Very beautiful view towards Aschau i.Chiemgau and the surrounding mountains to the Zellerhorn. Holiday flats in the adjoining house, rooms and holiday flats in the main house. 500 m to the bathing area with tennis court and moor bathing area, both with kiosk. 10 minutes walk to the orthopaedic children's clinic and 15 minutes to the town, 7.4 km to Lake Chiemsee and 3.3 km to the Kampenwand cable car. For a fee: washing machine and dryer in the house. Dogs and pets are not allowed in the flats and rooms.

Against charge: washing machine and dryer. Please pay cash, no EC-Cash possible. Breakfast can be booked on site for an extra charge. No pets allowed in the apartments and rooms. The prices are exclusive of local tax of 1,50 EUR per person/night. For persons from the 7th to the completion of the 16th year of life 1,30 EUR.Children up to the age of 6 years are exempt from local tax. You pay the local tax at your host.

Arrival Description
By car: Motorway A8 Munich/Salzburg - exit Aschau / Frasdorf or Bernau, turn left towards Aschau/Kampenwandbahn. Coming from Frasdorf: pass the entrance to Aschau i.Ch., straight ahead on Rosenheimer Straße, past the petrol station, at the roundabout take the second exit in the direction of Bernau, follow the road for approx. 1 km, pass the end of the village of Aschau i.Ch., shortly afterwards turn right into the driveway to the Zwickl family. Coming from Bernau: You pass the districts Außerkoy, Bucha and then Innerkoy. Turn left into the driveway to the Zwickl family. By train: Munich-Salzburg train connection - from Prien station to Aschau with the Chiemgaubahn.

Our bright non-smoking single room in the main house does not include breakfast and is located on the 1st floor with a west-facing balcony, a single bed, shower/WC, flat-screen digital SAT-TV, free WLAN. For your own breakfast preparation, the room has been equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, kettle and fridge. Baby cot available on request. No dogs or pets are allowed. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the house for a fee.
