Our quietly situated guesthouse below Hohenaschau Castle, the Hohenaschau Castle falconry and on the banks of the Prien river is only 5 minutes away from the Kampenwand cable car. Enjoy the peace and quiet in a marvellous, green landscape. We are the starting point for many mountain and valley hiking trails and cycle tours. The restaurant with beer garden and cosy parlour is open from May to the end of October on weekends from Saturday to Sunday, with a small selection of Bavarian dishes and homemade cakes. You can enjoy our breakfast buffet in the breakfast room. In winter: Stüberl with tiled stove. The Kampenwand ski area with natural snow is only a 5-minute walk away. A cross-country ski trail and ski lifts for beginners can be found in the mountaineering village of Sachrang, 12 km away.

Arrival Description
Drive through the village towards Kampenwandbahn, after a large open meadow you will reach Hohenaschau and after approx. 200 metres take the first right into Schloßbergstr. After approx. 300 metres on the right-hand side you will find our guesthouse at the southern end of Aschau, directly below Hohenaschau Castle.
