Hilltop Barn has a kitchen/diner, a first-floor sitting room, a king-size bedroom, a twin, a ground-floor twin with TV, a shower room and a ground-floor wet room. Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, hairdryer, TV and a selection of books. Outside there is a private decked area with furniture, a private meadow, and off-road parking for three cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.8 miles and a pub in 1.4 miles. Enjoy rural Lincolnshire at Hilltop Barn.
