Villa Le Menez welcomes you as soon as you enter a spacious and bright living room.
The living room/living room in the shape of L 46m2 opens onto a large terrace 17m2, partially covered, allowing you to enjoy meals in the open air while admiring the view.

Sehr gute Lage am See von Hossegor, Außenbereich ungepflegt und renovierungsbedürftig, man schleppt zwangsläufig immer Sand ins Haus, das Haus riecht muffig wegen Mauerfeuchtigkeit, keine Bedienungsanleitungen für elektrische Geräte (z.B. Elektronik des Herdes), Toilette unsauber, Dusche hält nicht an der Stange

Viel Platz, schöne Lage, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. besonders schön der grosszügige Wohnraum mit grossem Balkon und die drei Schlafzimmer zum See hin. Der abschüssige Garten öffnet sich zum See und bietet auch viel Platz.
