The apartment consists of an entrance with wardrobe and wardrobe.

The room is equipped with two 90 cm beds (which can be combined to form a 180 cm bed), bedside tables, a large closet with wardrobe, and offers direct access to the balcony.
The marble bathroom includes a sink, mirror, hairdryer and bathtub.
The toilets are separate and have a hand wash.
The spacious balcony, exposed to the west, is equipped with a blind banne and a garden lounge consisting of a table and 4 chairs, offering an ideal setting to enjoy moments of relaxation in total tranquility, rocked by the sound of the waves.
A box in the basement provides parking for a small car, and a bicycle room is also available.
The apartment is located in a charming residence on the front line, at the edge of the basin, just 1 km from Arcachon city centre.
