## Space
Our 70 m2 flat is located on the 1st floor (no lift) of Rue Fortia, in an old building, and comprises a living space that has been fully fitted out with care. This recently refurbished flat comes with air conditioning and a high-speed Wi-Fi connection. Another feature of this flat is its terrace, which is quiet despite its central location! It's the ideal base for exploring Marseille! The sleeping area comprises a first bedroom with a double bed and storage space. A second bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom with shower.

In order to offer you the best possible welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels are not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.

Rate paid includes use of beds only. Use of the sofa bed will incur an additional charge of EUR 7.50 per night for the provision of bed linen and towels, this amount must be paid after your booking.

To confirm your booking a security deposit must be made via a pre-authorisation on your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit.


## Notes
Arrival: Between 3pm and 9pm
Departure: Before 10am

On arrival, our concierge will make a special trip to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.

Arrival between 9pm and 11pm: EUR 20.00 to be paid in cash to our concierge.

Important: No arrival will be possible after 23:00.

For all bookings of 30 days or more, the signature of a Mobility Lease is required, subject to eligibility.

## Neighborhood
Located in the heart of Marseille city centre, a stone's throw from the Vieux-Port, the location is ideal for discovering our beautiful city on foot or via public transport (metro and bus 5 min away on foot). Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You can visit the museums on foot (Mucem, the Cantini museum next door, the Palais du Pharo), discover the colourful Mediterranean markets and the beautiful beaches (the Plage des Catalans is a 15-minute walk away). The Place aux Huiles is just a 1-minute walk from our accommodation, with its many restaurants and bars where you can have a good time, as well as numerous shops where you can do your shopping (Lidl is just 50 metres away!).

Sainte-Fortia bus stop (Line 55) → 1 min walk

Vieux-Port metro station → 5 min walk

Saint Charles station → 15 min by public transport / 25 min walk

The Panier district → 10 min walk (on the other side of the Old Port)

Marseilles-Provence airport → 40 min by car or 60 min by public transport.
