Your holiday apartment Idylle am See is located on the first floor of a listed medieval townhouse on a quiet side street of the island.
It is idyllically situated on the shores of Lake Constance in the former tanner's quarter.
The charming holiday apartment is 60 sqm and features two separate bedrooms. Your holiday apartment is comfortably furnished with an individual mix of original furniture from the last century and contemporary design.
The decor harmonizes with the original terracotta tiled floor in the living room and kitchen area, which keeps the apartment cool even during the summer months.
Both bedrooms are equipped with original hardwood floors.
Due to its nature, the apartment is not barrier-free. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen in the living area has an electric stove with an oven, a fridge-freezer combination, and a dishwasher.
Enjoy your coffee from the DeLonghi portafilter machine or a traditional filter coffee maker.
A milk frother, kettle, and toaster complete the amenities for a cozy breakfast on the balcony with a lake view. A modern touch is provided by the newly designed bathroom with a shower, as well as the separate shower toilet.
A washing machine is available for shared use on the ground floor. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140x200 cm). The second bedroom has a bunk bed measuring 140 x 200 cm (bottom) and 90 x 200 cm (top). The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 4 people. Due to the apartment's special location in Fischergasse, you can reach bakeries and organic food stores, as well as cafes and restaurants, within a few steps. The property is located directly on the lake shore with a magnificent view of Lake Constance and the mountains opposite.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit grandiosem Ausblick und hochwertiger liebevoller Einrichtung und Ausstattung. Das gut gepflegte ursprüngliche Haus ist daher hellhöring. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir ( Mutter und Tochter ) haben uns eine Woche in der wunderschönen Fewo sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Balkon ist schöner als auf den Aufnahmen, die Aussicht phantastisch. Trotz zentraler Lage ist es sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung hat alles, was die Beschreibung verspricht und ist sehr gepflegt. Wir würden die "Idylle am See" jederzeit wieder mieten.
